• Basic updates and revisions

Note: We specialize in simple landing pages only. We do not provide complex website development, backend systems, or e-commerce platforms.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Philippine Peso (₱). Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect projects already in progress.

4. Project Timeline

We aim to deliver completed landing pages within 3-5 business days, depending on project complexity and client responsiveness. Timeline estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

• Client delays in providing content or feedback
• Requested changes or revisions
• Unforeseen technical issues

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business and requirements
• Supply all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Review and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
• Make payment according to agreed terms
• Ensure you have the rights to any content or materials you provide

6. Revisions and Changes

We include reasonable revisions as part of our service. However, excessive or fundamental changes to the original scope may incur additional charges. All revision requests should be made within 30 days of project completion.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with our work, subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of project delivery
• Refunds will not be provided if the project has been substantially completed and delivered
• Refunds will not be provided for work that has been approved by the client

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the landing page design and code created specifically for your project. However:

• We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio and for marketing purposes
• Third-party assets (fonts, images, etc.) may be subject to their own licensing terms
• We retain rights to any templates, frameworks, or tools we developed

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Website Maker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Website Maker from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content or materials you provide to us

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project at any time with written notice. In the event of termination:

• Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date
• We will deliver all completed work to you
• Neither party will have further obligations, except for those that survive termination

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
